Another British summer weekend can mean only one thing – rain.
Yep, the forecast for this weekend (well Saturday at least) is for a downpour over Kent’s most famous sporting venue – Brands Hatch.
However, this isn’t cricket were talking about, this is motorsport, and that means whatever the weather, whatever the destination, teams, drivers, organisers, marshals, and us lowly media will be there.
And, one thing you can guarantee is smiles all round.
That means us too as we head to Brands Hatch this weekend to support the Fiesta Juniors and Fiesta Championship.
Both series are full of heritage, intrigue, supremely talented drivers and a bucket load of action that is a sight to behold – and we will be there to capture it all right in the heart of the action.
Yes, we are back behind the scenes going live through both the Fiesta Juniors and Fiesta Championships Facebook pages throughout Saturday and Sunday whilst our good friends at Alpha Live capture the on-track action, so you won’t have to miss a thing.
It means you will get to see what really goes on behind the scenes with exclusive interviews, a closer look at the cars and a chance to meet the personalities underneath the helmets – Hopefully, there might be the odd bacon sarnie knocking around too!
On Saturday, we will also be shooting promo video to capture the essence of the Fiesta Juniors organisers, teams and drivers so if you are coming along make sure you give us a wave, a big smile and a thumbs up.
There are plenty of side stories to excited about too in both series such as can James Waite cement his grip at the top of the Fiesta Championship standings?
Will Olly Turner return to winning ways on the Brands Hatch Indy circuit in the Juniors and perhaps most important of all, will there be Lattes in the media centre?
All jokes aside, this weekends action is sure to be one event you won’t want to miss with the Mazda MX-5 SuperCup, Toyo Tires Porsche Championship, National Formula Ford, Civic Cup and of the course the headlining TCR UK/Dunlop Touring Cars all in action over the two days.
So, don’t forget, keep a sharp eye on both the Fiesta Championship’s and Fiesta Junior’s Facebook pages for all the coverage LIVE.
Want to get into racing? aged 14 or over? Then the Fiesta Juniors and Fiesta Championship is a great place to start.
